Crystal Ayala, Patient Care Coordinator
Crystal is the primary receptionist. She schedules appointments and processes payments over the phone and in person. She is glad to help from the first phone call to our office to years down the road. Crystal is also the liaison between our office and referral sources.
Sara Wilson, Insurance Specialist
Sara obtains any authorizations needed, verifies insurance eligibility and benefits, and promptly bills claims to all insurance companies we participate with. She works diligently to ensure all claims are submitted correctly and processed as quickly as possible by the insurance company. Please feel free to call or speak to her with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your insurance coverage. Sara has been at our office over 10 years
Courtney Schwalbach, Business Administrator
Courtney is responsible for patient billing and payment processing, as well as inventory maintenance, accounts payable, and general accounting. She holds a BS in business administration from Liberty University. Courtney has been in this role for four years.
